Monday: 3:50 pm @ SCHS. Group 1: Easy 50-60 minute run with hills & 4xstrides. Group 2: Easy 40 minute run with hills & 4xstrides

Tuesday: 3:50 pm @ SCHS. Group 2: 8x400m OR 6x200m. Group 1: Easy run.

Wednesday: JV: 2:50 pm @ SCHS. V: 3:00 pm @ Calaveras Middle School Track.

Thursday: 3:50 pm at SCHS. Easy run.

Friday: JV Champs.

Saturday: Easy long run.

Sunday: Day off; No Running.
